WiFi credentials you enter. When you use our Service, you provide a WiFi network name (SSID) and optionally a password. This information is sent to our server solely to generate the QR code matrix and/or STL file you requested.

We do not store your WiFi credentials. Your SSID and password are processed in memory during the generation request and are immediately discarded once the response is sent. They are never written to disk, logged, cached, or stored in any database.

Configuration data. Your selected options (plate size, label text, icon preference) are sent with the generation request and are also discarded immediately after processing.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or process:

Personal identification information (name, email, address, phone number) · Account or login credentials · Payment or financial data · WiFi passwords or network names beyond the duration of a single request · Location data · Device fingerprints for tracking purposes.

3. Cookies and Tracking

PrintMyWiFi does not use cookies for tracking or advertising purposes. We do not use third-party analytics services, advertising networks, or social media tracking pixels.

We may use essential cookies strictly necessary for the technical operation of the website (such as session handling by the web framework). These contain no personal data and are not used for tracking.

4. Server Logs

Our hosting infrastructure may automatically collect standard server access logs, which can include your IP address, browser user agent, referring URL, and timestamp.
